OUR HISTORY
For over seventy years CLIMCO COILS has been based in the centrally located Midwestern town of Morrison, Illinois. Current Management has been in place since 1992.
CLIMCO started in the 1950’s with coil winding & over molding. Today in house capabilities include solenoid design, magnetic modeling, precision machining, tool construction & maintenance, integrated electronics, self-made assembly machines, robotics and strong test & measurement capabilities.
HOW WE DO BUSINESS
CLIMCO production is organized into manufacturing cells where cross trained teams of operators service a specific customer. Manufacturing processes include assembly, injection molding, automated testing & CNC machining to produce engineered coils, actuators & solenoids in a clean, bright & air conditioned facility.
